We also deal in private client cases and have experience of Children’s Act cases in the Magistrates’ Court and the County Court including Care Proceedings, Wardship and Adoption.
The Matrimonial Department deals with ancillary relief and financial provision in divorce cases at all levels having represented clients at the House of Lords in respect of financial provision on marriage breakdown.
