We deal with all kinds of family cases. We have a Legal Services Commission Matrimonial Franchise allowing us to obtain public funding for a wide range of family related matters.
We also deal in private client cases and have experience of Children’s Act cases in the Magistrates’ Court and the County Court including Care Proceedings, Wardship and Adoption.
The Matrimonial Department also deals with ancillary relief and financial provision in divorce cases at all levels having represented clients at the House of Lords in respect of financial provision on marriage breakdown.
